In addition to being more comfortable, these special tubs are also wider and deeper than bathing tubs. This larger size combined with the softness of the tub and the weightlessness of water immersion offers greater ease of movement for the laboring woman.

Another option for those who prefer water in labor only is our step-in shower. It is also equipped with a padded chair for extra comfort. This is a great alternative for those women who prefer showers over tubs.
